Engaged employees lead to better outcomes at all organizational levels. Building a culture of engagement starts with leadership commitment and depends on everyone understanding their role in it.
To this end, Montefiore has begun offering engagement programs at multiple levels. There are several training programs being rolled out. Below you will see the details by level of all the engagement training programs being offered. Please note that these programs don’t apply to front-line nurses and physicians. Customized programs will be rolled out for them in future programs.

Taking Control of Your Engagement
In this working session, executives gain an understanding of what engagement means in the current healthcare environment and why it’s critical to organizational success. Participants work on their strategic, functional and people challenges and create a detailed strategy to inspire the exceptional performance of teams and colleagues.
This program equips managers to create an environment that supports engagement, explores individual team members’ engagement drivers and coaches associates to higher levels of engagement.
This workshop provides the insights and tools for associates to manage their own engagement, by analyzing what meaningful work is for them and the organization, and then take action to achieve it.
